bob, the criminal complaint has been served against dzhokhar tsarnaev. you've head it. how damning is this complaint for the suspect? >> i think what you have here is a very strong complaint. remember, this is not an indictment. and this was not an arraignment today but an initial appearance. one of the things that struck me, as i was reading it, was the description of the search warrant executed in his dorm room at the university of massachusetts. at pine dale hall, they found a pyrotechnic device. not further explained. they found what appears to be the white hat that he wore and the black jacket that he wore. as well as bbs. so what you have throughout this charging sheet is a number of very specific details that go to what appears to be a strong complaint against him. now, what happens as we go forward in terms of witnesses is not explained in this, but you can expect to see a large number of people coming forward, remember, everybody has those videos. everybody who had those stills are going to be asked very specifically what they saw that day. >> indeed. luke, the
